American Eagle Gold Eagle Coin

Have you seen the secretly minted quarter pound Gold Eagle coin? These were produced by the Washington Mint, and no the Washington Mint isn't part of the US Mint, but instead a non-public minting company sufficiently lucky to be found in Washington.

The quarter pound Gold Eagle coin is an engaging item that you could like to have around for fun, but to be truthful we will not advocate them for heavy Gold Eagle investing purposes. So naturally it is not basically 1 / 4 pound of gold, but 1 / 4 pound of silver with a thin, simply scratched gold plate on the surface. Yet it's still just 1 / 4 pound of silver, even though a particularly engaging quarter pound of silver.
